Dye Sublimation

The basic dye sublimation process uses special heat-sensitive dyes to print graphics and text onto special transfer paper. The paper is then placed on a "sublimatable" item and both are placed into a heat press.

When the heating cycle is completed, the image on the paper has been transferred to the item and has actually reformed into or underneath the coated surface. Run your finger across the surface of a sublimated plate, mug, or any coated product and you will feel nothing.

Sublimation is great for producing top of the line products like Stubby Holders, Bar Mats, Mugs, Coasters and so much more and small quantities are welcome.

Embroidery

Many logos especially text looks outstanding embroidered, and we now offer this fabulous service to you at very competitive prices.

Artwork:

The basic rule is: The better the artwork the better the finished result. Although artwork can be scanned from a business card or letterhead, a larger, sharper image will generally result in a better digitising. A Jpeg file is the preferred format .

Digitising / Setup

Before a logo can be embroidered it must be digitised. Digitising is a computer process that generates the machine commands that tell the embroidery machine when and where to sew which type of stitch and with which colour. Digitising is a one-time charge based on the number of stitches in the final design and the complexity of the artwork. You will be quoted for each design that requires digitising.

Screen Printing

With traditional screen-printing we can offer very completive rates for large quantities. We will advise you of the best method and inks to be used depending on the garments use. For larger prints, large quantities required this is a very cost effective way to producing great prints.
